The AYPA Power storage project, with a capacity of 150 MWh, located in the United States, marked IPROCEL's first participation in a battery storage facility (BESS). With the client Linxon, this project was a strategic step in the technological diversification and consolidation of IPROCEL in one of its key global markets.
The scope of work included:
- Electromechanical assembly of the electrical substation associated with the storage system.
- Installation and connection of high voltage equipment for safe and efficient evacuation of stored energy.
- Integration of protection, control and monitoring systems in the substation.
- Complete commissioning of high-voltage electrical systems and evacuation infrastructure.
- Coordination with the customer to ensure proper operation and stability of the system under varying load conditions.
With this action, IPROCEL strengthened its technical capacity for innovative projects in the field of renewable energies and storage, expanding its offer in a sector with great growth potential.
