The 400 MW Zomet Combined Cycle Power Plant, located in Israel, was one of the main conventional generation projects in the country in recent years. IPROCEL participated in its commissioning alongside Mitsubishi, strengthening its presence in a strategic market where it maintains continuous activity through its local subsidiary.
The scope of work included:
- Validation of high and medium voltage electrical systems, including protections and automatisms.
- Operational testing of the gas turbine, recovery boiler (HRSG) and steam turbine.
- Distributed Control System (DCS) configuration and integration.
- Technical support during start-up, synchronisation and load testing.
This project reinforced IPROCEL's position as a specialist supplier of combined cycle plant commissioning in a technically demanding environment with high expectations of quality and reliability.
