IPROCEL participated in the electrical commissioning works of the fertiliser complex located in the industrial zone of Ain Sokhna, in the Gulf of Suez. The project, led by Intecsa, is part of a strategic facility for the production of nitrogen fertilisers, essential for the country's agricultural sector.
The scope of work has included:
- Electrical testing of medium and low voltage equipment in ATEX zones and classified areas.
- Validation of control systems associated with ammonia and urea units.
- Integration of protections and communications in the electrical infrastructure of the complex.
- Technical assistance to the commissioning team during critical start-up phases.
This was IPROCEL's second project in Egypt, consolidating its experience in North Africa and its ability to operate in complex industrial facilities in the chemical sector.
