IPROCEL signed a framework contract with Red Eléctrica Española (REE) for the provision of technical services for vacuum testing in electrical substations during 2019 and 2020. This contract, which covers various areas in the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands, reaffirms IPROCEL's position as a benchmark company in the transmission and distribution area at national level.
Within this framework, IPROCEL has worked on vacuum tests for the following electrical substations:
SE Candelaria 66 kV, SE Catadau 400 kV, SE Jinamar 66 kV, SE Guadama 220 kV, SE Eliana 400 kV, SE Romica 400 kV, SE Eltablero 66 kV, SE Catadau 400 kV, SE Benejama 400 kV, SE Arcos 400 kV, SE Guillena 200 kV, SE Santiponce 220 kV, SE San Agustín 66 kV, SE Rocamora 400 kV, SE Nueva Escombreras 400 kV.
The scope of services provided included:
- Execution of no-load tests on high-voltage equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, disconnectors and isolators to verify their correct operation and optimal conditions prior to their commissioning.
- Inspection and diagnosis of electrical components to detect possible defects or anomalies.
- Measurement and analysis of essential electrical parameters, ensuring compliance with current technical specifications and regulations.
- Preparation of detailed technical reports documenting the results and recommendations for the correct maintenance and operation of the equipment.
- Coordination with REE's Construction Department to ensure the proper integration of the tests within the construction, renovation and improvement processes of the substations.
This framework contract has been key to consolidate IPROCEL's experience in the management of large-scale national projects in the electricity sector, reinforcing its commitment to quality and safety in the Spanish transmission and distribution network.
